Return Policy:

We allow up to 14 days after receiving your package to qualify for return or exchange. To ensure that you will receive a return or exchange, our product must be returned in unworn, and unaltered condition. Please note: Our “Sale” category items are final sale. Unless a return is the result of an error on our behalf, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. When sending your return, please include the Return Slip found at the bottom of your packing slip; or if you no longer have it, include a note with your name, email, order #, and reason for the return. Please save your tracking number when shipping your return to us, as we cannot issue refunds on any returns that are lost by the post office or do not make it to us for any other reason. We will process your return and notify you via email within 2-4 business days of receiving it. Please email us at Info@ShopBootBelle.com with any questions.

Payments:

We accept your payment by PayPal, or credit card. Please note that we charge for all items at point of sale rather than at point of shipment.

SALES TAX:

Due to state tax laws, we are required to charge local sales tax.

Shipping:

Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing. If you have purchased a "pre-order" item, it is not available to ship yet, and will ship on the approximated date shown on the listing. Please be aware that dates are approximate and are subject to change. 

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing:

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you.  We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

Security:

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.  You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.  The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
